Bacon Lardons
Description:
Bacon lardons are by far our best seller. With a large number of flexible high speed packaging lines we are able to produce almost enything you wish. Just name it: vacuum or MAP packed, mono or duo-packed, from retail to industry, A-cut or B-cut (quality), almost everything is possible. All our bacon lardons are made of high quality pork bellies which are seasoned, salted, smoked and pressed in-house. Of course we can also produce unsmoked lardons. If you prefer a thinner cut, try our bacon matches (allumettes).

Sliced Bacon
Description:
With a large number of high speed packaging lines, sliced bacon is one of our most popular products. All our sliced bacon is made of high quality pork bellies which are seasoned, salted, smoked and pressed in-house. Because of our flexible packaging lines we are able to produce a large number of different varieties of sliced bacon: MAP packed or vacuum packed, from 100 to 1000 gram packages, almost everything is possible. Do you want a thicker or a thinner slice, a pre-printed foil instead of a label or duo, triple or multiple packaging? Just tell us and we will provide you with the appropriate samples.

Diced Bacon
Description:
Enjoyed by pasta lovers all over the world, diced bacon is one of the ingredients for a successful pasta. All our diced bacon is made of high quality pork bellies which are seasoned, salted, smoked and pressed in-house. Of course we are also able to produce unsmoked dice. With a large number of flexible high speed packaging lines we are able to produce almost everything you want. Just name it; vacuum or MAP packed, mono or duo-packed, from retail to industry, A-cut or B-cut (quality), almost everything is possible.

Crispy Sliced Bacon
Description:
Crispy bacon is a cooked product, made of our own high quality belly bacon slices. Crispy bacon is sold in different varieties. We are able to produce our crispy bacon with a yield between 50% to 20%, in increments of 5%. We can produce both flat and crinkly bacon. Traces of fat are reduced to a minimum due to our three powerful air knives. The crispy bacon slices are Individually Quickly Frozen (IQF) ‘in line’, so the slices will not stick to each other and can be separated easily.

Crispy Bacon Bits
Description:
If you asked us to make a good salad of course we would use bacon in it, what else would you expect? But instead of cooking fresh bacon at home we would use precooked bacon of consistent quality from our own factory. Because we cook the bacon bits in their own fat instead of deep-frying them (like our competitors), every crispy bacon bit holds a taste explosion. But of course you can use the bacon bits for more than just salads, pastas, ready meals, sandwich spreads etc. We are able to produce our crispy bacon bits with a yield of either 30% or 40%. Traces of fat are reduced to a minimum due to our three powerful air knives. You can buy the crispy bacon bits in sachets, trays or bags.

Cooked Lardons
Description:
Our cooked diced bacon and our cooked bacon lardons are very popular with our ready-meal-industry clients for use in pasta (etc). The dice and lardons are cooked until a yield of 55%. They are ideal to use in ready meals that need to be heated up at home. Because we cook the dice and lardons in their own fat instead of deep-frying them (like our competitors), they keep their great bacon taste. But of course the cooked bacon dice and lardons are also available in retail and catering packs.

BBQ Bacon Slices
Description:
People love to barbecue during the summertime, but people do not like inconvenience. Cooking bacon on the barbecue can be quite difficult. Before your bacon is ready it has lost a large part of its original weight, this loss -mainly fat- drips on the heating source which can cause flames and before you know your bacon is ‘flame grilled’ in a way that you do not want...
To enjoy the magical taste of good cooked bacon (from the barbecue) in a convenient way, we can supply precooked (BBQ) bacon slices (±8mm thick). With a yield of 65% of the original weight, the bacon slices are almost ready to consume. Because 35% of the original product is already cooked off (especially the fat), it is a matter of just ‘baking-off’ the slices. With this precooked bacon it is possible to serve BBQ bacon slices in a relaxed and comfortable way.
